A quintessentially Oxford sighting: long queues at the kebab vans at 3 in the morning.
Kebab vans are insanely popular here; and stay open till 5 am in the morning, while the rest of the city shuts down after 10 pm.
There are several vans lining the streets- the one on High Street being the most famous- and all sell chips, cheese & mayonnaise- the most popular snack here after a crazy night out.
It's horribly unhealthy, but surprisingly good.
