Careers Fair

I have to change my opinion about Oxford's Career Service-
I attended a Management Consultancy Fair organized by them today and it was fantastic.
They made sure that they brought in every single one of the top 25 companies, and organized an extremely clear and concise session in which they explained what the field meant, what the jobs entailed, and how to make a successful application.
They organize fairs for every field from marketing to engineering- and do go out of their way to make sure students are well informed about these events, and make the most of the opportunities provided to them.
The companies refuse to recruit on-campus, and insist on an online application to ensure an even playing field.
The application process is daunting to say the least- the process takes about five months, and consists of several rounds of interviews, group discussions, case studies and personality tests.
The Career's Service makes an effort to help you at every step by organizing workshops and mock interviews.
