Employers are definitely eager to hire Oxford graduates- and there are thousands of students graduating every year; you'd think it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to help them find each other.
There is a Career's Service department, that helps you write CVs, covering letters and organize fairs- but they don't organize interviews, or send your information to potential employers like most other University placement cells.
This is a gaping hole that must be filled- after investing an insane amount of time and money in a very intensive degree, the least you should be guaranteed is a few interviews!
