Outliers

I haven't been able to put down Malcolm Gladwell's (the author of 'Blink') new book down.
Outliers examines what makes some people successful- why do some people rocket to fame, while others remain mediocre?
We believe that those who do unbelievably well are geniuses- or are far more talented than the rest.
Gladwell explains that while this may be true, it isn't always the case.
His main point is: success depends on a wide array of factors- ranging from hard work to your cultural background, and that no one is successful by themselves-
You absolutely need to have people helping you along the way.
