The student organizations at Oxford are nothing short of professional.
The range of extra and co-curricular activites is emphatically varied-
there are student run societies on everything from underwater hockey, archery and rowing to Investment Clubs. Global Health societies and satirical magazines.
Each club, whether it involves debating about global issues, or tasting very expensive wine, takes itelf very seriously.
It's obvious that Oxford lays emphasis on leadership - each club is brilliantly run, and has a comprehensive committee to organize its smooth running.
Most of the clubs are active and organize events fairly regularly-
It's very easy to get involved in whatever it is that interests you; no level of experience is required to join, and new members are aggressively recruited.
Starting your own club is equally easy- you're encouraged to follow your own interests, and do as you like.
Anything is possible here.
